Terms and Conditions

  1. Minimum time for any appointment is 1 hour block booking
  2. All contracts are subject of client requirement details form, assessment and quotation, this is a binding agreement by discussion between The Professional Spruce and the client confirmed via email however if no email is available then by physically signing the form.
  3. Any cancelation will be subjected to 50% charge of the contract value plus 100% of any cost incurred payable immediately. If service has been paid in advance then the client will be reimbursed 50% minus any coast incurred. However if any access is denied to the property or the client is not present then full payment will be required or retained.

  5. A invoice will be issued for work carried out on completion
  6. A non-refundable  50% deposit is required  prior any work carried out payable in advanced of time booked
  7. Immediate payment is require upon completion of work by bank transfer or cash
  8. All the above applies unless  otherwise stated and agreed
  • Any jobs out of Sheffield  will be billed 45p per mile from start of journey to destination and return
  • Miscellaneous charges incurred as of the result of the appointment will be billed accordingly and payable once invoice has been received eg parking charges
  • limitation of liability clause forms part of a contract between The Professional Spruce and client which is limited to the value paid of the agreed contract. The contractor will not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses in regards to any damage caused or breakages whilst carrying out contractual work as agreed
